Located in Cleveland's Asia Town area just outside of downtown. #1 Pho has a very busy lunch scene where it's a great gathering of business professionals. They have a very small bar with a few stools. Their pho (soup) is the crowd favorite. It is located in a beautifully restored building on Superior Avenue near the Innerbelt exit.
One word: delicious! Cleveland 1/30/2010 Ok but not spectacular It started out as a great place for lunch. But lately the food has been overcooked and the service lacking. The one it has going for it is the dining room is more aesthetically pleasing than Superior Pho's, which has much fresher ingredients Cleveland 12/19/2008 Great Place! I love #1 Pho! Every dish I've tried is great and the atmosphere is wonderful. The service is very friendly and attentive. The eating area is clean and peaceful.
