Great Buffet, great price, great selection of food. Only the pickiest eater wouldn't be able to find something good to eat! Middleburg Hts 2/16/2010 Bang For Your Buck!!!! My husband and I tried this last week and were very surprised at the quality of the food. Lunch buffet is about $8 and dinner is about $15. The location is easy to find and clean. It is bright and easy on the eyes. There are three main buffet tables. The first one is the sushi table, there are several salads, (seaweed, edamame, crab, there are several others I didn't know the name of) There is sushi for everyone. It was fresh. We went after regular lunch hour and there were two people prepping sushi behind the table. The other buffet table is the Chinese and Japanese food. The most impressive thing about that buffet is that they have miso soup with the dried seaweed for you to add to your soup if you like it. They also had shrimp tempura and other seafood dishes on the lunch buffet. Most other Chinese places don't have seafood on their lunch buffets. The last buffet was the dessert one and it was average. They do have self serve ice cream, but no ice cream cones for toppings. They did have green tea ice cream and it was great. This is not Sushi Rock, but for the price, the value is there. My husband and I give this place two thumbs up and will be back. There is also a lunch punch card, but 10 lunches and the 11th one is free. Can't beat it. Cleveland 9/1/2009 Great Buffet I've been there three times so far, and I have to say, for a buffet, this place is pretty incredible. At other buffets that I've been to (normally Asian ones) I leave home feeling sick, like I ate really gross food, but here I feel just right and like I had a satisfying meal. Sushi - To be honest, this is the first place I have ever had sushi, but I think it tastes pretty darn good. There are constantly 1 or 2 chefs preparing the sushi right behind the serving table very artfully. Some have complained in other reviews that the fish isn't the main flavor, and that's probably true. There are lots of different flavors and decorations on this sushi, but I think it's delicious. There is cooked sushi as well. I've tried a lot of it, and for the less experienced sushi eater at least, it is very delicious. Salads - The salads here are different than most. There is crab salad, which is creamy and has a very interesting flavor, seaweed salad, which sounds weird but tastes good, shiitake mushroom salad which is very rich, edamame salad, etc. It's fun to try something different AND good. Hot Food - They have some of the usual Asian buffet meals here, but a lot of it is different, too. There are dumplings, surprisingly good teriyaki chicken, better yakitori than most, and a few dishes that I've never seen before. Overall I think their hot food is pretty good. Dessert - Fairly average, cookie cutter deserts here. The usual fruit which I rarely touch, some small cake pieces, and ice cream (which is the best part of the dessert menu; I suggest green tea ice cream). Atmosphere - It looks very nice and clean inside. Very light (literally light colored) decoration. Nothing is overdone. As for music, I can't really remember if there was some or not, so not very eventful there.
