We'd been hearing great things about Trivs from friends and Saturday night we thought we'd try it. What we thought would be a simple dinner turned out to be a fabulous night. When we arrived there was life entertainment in the bar so there we stayed. Our dinners were perfect and the bartenders super friendly. We certainly felt welcomed and can't wait to return. North Royalton 8/31/2011 Great Night at Triv's Sat. April 30, 2011 Wow! We just had dinner with good friends at Triv's. Absolutely everything about the place is wonderful.... prompt seating, great staff, outstanding food, great relaxed atmosphere, etc. We will definitely do it again. FYI, Triv makes the BEST calamari in the world!!!! Medina 4/30/2011 Never Again There were 6 in our party, the server didn't get the order right for one guest in our party, and when asked how the salmon was coming along, she stated that it was never ordered. The rudeness is completely intolerable by these amateurs; the biggest of all was the owner. He has no clue what customer service is, very unprofessional and a confrontational amateur. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies; hopefully it shuts down soon, and is replaced by a real restaurant. Medina 8/11/2010 Triv's Generosity My husband and I made the hourlong trek out to Triv's in Strongsville from our home in Twinsburg because Mike Trvisonno and his son were donating funds from the meals served at the restaurant during the month of July to our slain officer's family. Although the restaurant was mostly empty at 5PM on that Thursday, we found the staff very friendly and personable. We were made to feel like old friends. The service was quick, the food was good and even though we didn't get to see Triv himself, we know that he raised his kid right based on our experience at his son's restaurant! Twinsburg 7/18/2008 Trivs Restaurant Food is excelant, atmosphere is wonderful, desserts can be better but are still very good. Owner and staff very personable. Very nice time every time I've been.
