The Dock is a new restaurant on the Flat's West Bank in the Powerhouse facility. It replaced where Riverwalk Cafe used to be in the Powerhouse. The Powerhouse is next to the Plain Dealer Pavillion and is a great stop before a show there.
Last night, I went to the Powerhouse in the flats and found the Dock bar. It was raining, so I didn't go on the dock itself, but it looked like a lot of fun. The DJ was rockin and bartenders were fast and friendly.. a real change from recent experiences. I'd definately recomend for a good night in the flats.
