Very Dissappointed

The atmosphere is very relaxing, and never felt rushed. Prices are a little high, but reasonable. The staff was lacking knowledge when questioned about some entries on the menu, how it was prepared, what was in it, standard questions. I had the Bison steak and was extremely disappointed. I ordered it medium rare, what i received was no where near medium rare but considering the thinness of the steak, I understood there was no way to cook it as I requested. I went against my better judgment and did not send it back, once I started to eat it - very chewy and tough. Flavor of the steak was lacking also. Desert was another let down, over priced and very small serving.

The service was outstanding. The menu had much to choose from. I have been there several times. I have thoroughly enjoyed the food each time. The steaks are fabulous.
