Im done with this place

We have been going to Spectators since I cant remember when, thats how long its been.The time prior to this one was very disappointing.We figured it was a bad nite and that was it. But this last time was the kicker.We literally had to wait seven minutes to get waited on. Then when we did, it took forever to get the food. I dont even have enough space here to tell everyone. Had the AYCE fish and it took 15 minutes to get the next piece. Finally the server, knowing we waited so long, gave it to us in a to-go box. Hanford Dixson, believe me, we dont care about you coming to our tables to show off who you are, we dont care. If youre so concerned then check out whats going on behind the scenes! We are done...and so are others we spoke to

Willoughby Hills 10/18/2011 worst ever

I don't see how they got best burger at "Relay for Life". The buger I got at the restaurant had a twist tie in it. All the owner offered was a free drink NEXT TIME I was in. The least he could have done was comp the whole meal. I will never eat there again.
