Horrible Service

The staff member I encountered while having brunch this morning was extremely rude and provided horrible service. This isn't the first time this has happened to me while dining at Lucky's. It really is a shame because the food is great, albeit overpriced, and the space itself is great. In the Tremont neighborhood word is quickly spreading about the rudeness of the servers at this establishment. Hopefully, the management will get enough complaints to finally force them to act and get rid of the bad apples they currently have on staff. There are too many other places in Tremont with friendly and courteous employees that are actually happy to earn your business to waste your time at one that treats its customers this poorly.

cleveland 7/27/2008 Lucky's Cafe is worth a trip to Tremont

We go to Cleveland a few times a year. A visit to Lucky's Cafe at 777 Starkweather Is the highight of our trip. What great coffee and pastries fit for a king or queen depending on your preference. We have their fresh ground coffee shipped to us here in Greer SC. Nothing in this state is as good.

Lucky's cafe is the best coffee shop in cleveland. they have the most consistent cup of coffee around. It is so relaxing and friendly I LOVE IT!
