Gift Card Canceled

Here is a good reason I am not going to Frankies Italian Cuisine ever again. I was given a Frankies Italian Cuisine $25.00 gift card during the Christmas holiday. I now find out that Frankies Italian Cuisine of Westlake will no longer accept this gift card at their new location. The reason given by the waitress taking my order, mind you she was only repeating what I over heard her being told by the kitchen manager ( He did not even come out to talk to me ) is that since they moved to the new location ( Less then 6 months ago ) those gift cards are no longer being accepted. The gift card program was only valid at their old location in Westlake. Frankies Italian Cuisine of Westlake only moved from one part of Westlake to another part of Westlake. In fact the new store is only about if not less then 5 miles away from the old location. Shame on you Frankies, you got your money from the customer and now you refuse to take care of them. I wonder how many more customers you have taken.
