This place Rocks!!!!! opposed to the last comment.... if we come back to cleveland, better yet when we do im going to Bricco! The food was perfect! The cheif came to our table and asked us personally how the food was and i thought to myself how often do you get to speak to the cheif, it was a rather enjoyable experiance. The place was well kept, well staffed and full of colorful personalites. Also, if you choice to dine there the food is priced average and its a place where you can order four courses and not dig a deep whole in your pockets. Thank you, Bricco for the wonderful time haha my family and I will be back soon. Toledo 5/12/2008 Don't Go There if you are Vegetarian We entered this restaurant very hopeful. The menu looked so enticing and the ambiance was wonderful. But then the food started to come (or not...). Our appetizer was forgotten until AFTER we had eaten dinner. When we mentioned to the waiter that he needed to take it off our bill, he said, "Ok, I'll pay for it."...(In a bid to make us feel bad for him..) The eggplant parmesan was thick and tough. My husband could not force it down. My own meal - a pasta with spinach, feta, pine nuts was dry and bland. No real sauce to it. The late appetizer - the garlic bread was soggy and the bread not even toasted. On the way out the manager asked how things were. So, we told him. He said, "Oh, that is too bad." That's it. AMAZING!! If they wanted to do well by a customer, they could have offered us a coupon, or offered to reduce our tab or in some way appear apologetic about how bad the food was. They do not care about the customer's experience, that is for sure. If we return to Cleveland, we would not go back. Not so much because they had a bad food night but because their staff were pretty much unapologetic and gave us no satisfaction that they cared about our experience.
